Friday, October 16th, 2015: In the afternoon participants are expected to arrive at Stift Vorau. At 7:00pm a buffet dinner will be served for the delegates in the taverna of the Stift (for 9,- Euro per person with water and a variety of juices included).
Saturday, October 18th, 2015: A buffet lunch will be served at 12:30pm in the taverna (for 11,- Euro per person with water and a variety of juices included).
Saturday, October 18th, 2015:
After the scientific talks at about 5:30pm, all participants are invited to enjoy a Guided Excursion through the Stift. Highlights will be the wonderful church and the spectacular old library with about 17.500 books (this tour will take about 1 hour).
After that excursion all participants are invited to meet at 7:00pm at the Kutscherhof for a Conference Dinner (for free).
